At Claudine Skin Care, we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the confidentiality of all information you provide us. We respect your privacy and have created this policy to transparently outline how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
- Order Processing and Standard Shipping
Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped from our location in Ra’anana, Israel.
We strive to process and ship all orders within 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 13:00, on Friday, or on a public holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Method:
We use standard ground shipping for all orders (we do not ship outside of Israel).
Delivery Time:
Once your order has shipped, you can generally expect delivery within 3-4 business days, depending on your location within Israel. Please note that these are estimates and not guarantees. - Shipping Costs
Orders less than 500 NIS: flat rate of 35 NIS
Orders over 500 NIS: free shipping - Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and or other digital form of communication containing a tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and progress of your delivery on the courier’s website. - Edge Cases & Special Circumstances
- Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item in your order is unexpectedly out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email or phone.
You will have the option to:- Wait for the item to be restocked and have your entire order shipped together.
 - Receive a partial shipment of the available items and a refund for the out-of-stock item.
 - Cancel the entire order for a full refund.
 
 - Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ship within our stated timeframe, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as:- Courier service delays.
 - Extreme weather conditions.
 - Public holidays.
 - Unforeseen logistical issues.
 
 - If your order is significantly delayed, we will do our best to communicate the status update to you.
 - Incorrect Shipping Address
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Please double-check your address at checkout.
 - If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the package.
 - If you notice an error in your address immediately after placing an order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct it before it ships.
 
 - Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged box and its contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier to file a claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.
 - If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or apartment office first. If you still cannot locate it, please contact us within 72 hours of the delivery confirmation. We will assist you in initiating a lost package claim with the courier.

At this time, Claudine Skin Care only ships to addresses within Israel. We do not offer international shipping. - Questions
